As we enter 2020, it’s a great time to acknowledge the strides Horizon DataSys has made while also looking inwards to focus development and find new ways to further enhance our award winning instant restore software, Reboot Restore Rx, and our Windows Time Machine software, RollBack Rx.
As always, we’re extremely grateful for your continued support of our software. Regardless of which program you use, you’re integral to the success and continued growth of Horizon DataSys and we appreciate your support and continued usage of our software.
It was a great year to see customers using our software in new and exciting environments we don’t often see. We saw many new eSport centers using Reboot Restore Rx Pro. So they can keep their gaming stations optimal and free of unwanted changes. The United States Marine Corps Community Services have implemented Reboot Restore Rx Pro on machines in use across multiple programs. Ensuring that Marines and their loved ones can enjoy a stress-free computing experience. Telecommunication companies across the world utilize RollBack Rx Pro to ensure that their downtime is nearly non-existent.
There were also some changes made to our development. While it was disappointing for some to hear, we unfortunately ended development of both RollBack Rx Home Edition and Drive Cloner Rx. Ending development of these programs was not an easy decision but it allows our Development Team to focus on RollBack Rx Pro, Reboot Restore Rx, and Reboot Restore Rx Pro. We’re focused on delivering the best iterations of these programs as humanly possible and re-focusing development allows us to better do that.
We also changed our Community Forum. Taking in feedback from our users, we migrated our forum over to Reddit. The decision was also not an easy one to make, but in our research we concluded that it made information on our software more readily available to our users and to the wider internet at large.
In refocusing our efforts, we appreciate the patience and understanding that our users have shown. We’re excited to showcase the fruits of these changes both in 2020 and beyond and will have more information to share in the coming months.
