At Horizon DataSys we believe every non-profit organization shouldn’t have to pinch pennies to ensure their computers are protected. It’s not part of our ethos, and getting access to our discounted Educational (EDU) pricing shouldn’t be a frustrating hurdle followed by more pitfalls.
How it works
Recently we’ve made changes to ensure it’s easier than ever to get in touch with one of our local account managers who are available Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST to chat about any organization’s needs and budget, and to find a point where both parties are happy.
Each account manager is trained and qualified to make a judgment on approval for our EDU pricing – that means no delays in dealing with “higher-ups” who have to approve the quote first before getting an organization what they need.
This is a part of our company’s culture. We want those who are assigned to one of our agents to feel confident in the person they are dealing with. This can only be achieved if our employees are competent, capable, and empowered to make real decisions. We strive hard to achieve this and are proud of the culture we’ve created within our organization which reflects these values.
What this means for non-profits
While we’ve labeled our discounted pricing as “Educational” or “EDU”, this does not limit non-educational focused non-profits from using our restore on reboot programs, or our instant recovery software.
For example, police departments, libraries, and city offices would qualify for our EDU pricing. While these organizations are not technically “Educational” in the traditional sense of the word, they are all non-profit, for-the-people type entities. As such they would immediately qualify for our discounted pricing.
Get a quote
The easiest way to get the listed EDU pricing would be to contact us and our Sales department via our online chat system, email, or toll-free at 1-800-496-0148 during our office hours. One of our agents will be available to chat.
Anyone is free to create a quote themselves with EDU pricing on it. However, do note an approval by an account manager during the payment period to verify non-profit standing will be conducted, and so there may be a delay when compared to contacting us directly.
