Here’s what is included with an active maintenance package: 

• Premium Technical Support: Unlimited toll-free and email support is provided for all of your technical employees. This also includes remote sessions when required. 
• Software updates and upgrades: Get access to our latest updates and releases. This includes bug fixes and major version upgrades at no additional cost. 
• Volume Pricing Protection: Benefit from your current or higher volume discounts as more licenses are added. Based on your previous purchases for licenses still under active maintenance.  

Discounts are available for a multiple-year maintenance package when purchased upfront.
