Horizon DataSys offers a variety of support options to suit your
organizations demands and IT budget. We have an extensive Knowledge

In additional to our online technical documents Horizon DataSys
offers three tiers for support:
* Silver – Free (default for all customers)
* Gold – USD$ 10.35 per license/per year - includes phone
support and priority ticket support
* Platinum – 15% of total license cost/per year - - includes
phone support and priority tickets, and multiple client per
organization support.

Our sales department can provide valuable information with
regards to product selection to ordering processes. You may contact
Horizon DataSys sales through our sales center. All enquiries are
answered within 3 business hours through our sales center portal.
All enquiries are tracked to ensure a resolution to all enquiries.
Our sales department is open between the hours of 7AM to 5PM
(Pacific Standard Time : GMT-8) from Monday to Friday. Excluding
