Remote Management Console commands
There are many commands that you can send to your machines from within the Remote Management Console. Please be aware that some require the target machine to be rebooted.
Most of the commands follow a simple design pattern. You will be greeted by a window which contains two tabs. The left tab will contain details and settings pertaining to the command that you are about to send out.
The other tab shows which computers are the intended targets of the command.
The commands which do not follow this pattern will be pointed out at the end of this page.
Restore Workstations to Baseline
This command will restore the target computers to their Baselines. This requires a reboot. You can give the user an advance warning that the reboot is coming. The default warning period is 30 seconds.
Update Workstations Baseline
This command will update the baseline on all of the target computers.
Restart Workstations
This command will reboot all of the selected machines. You can give the user an advance warning that the reboot is coming. The default warning period is 30 seconds.

This command will turn off all of the selected machines. You can provide a warning, as above.

Activate workstations
This option lets you quickly activate Drive Vaccine PC Restore Plus on many computers. If you have installed Drive Vaccine PC Restore Plus using the demo key, you must click the bottom radio button and enter a key provided to you by Horizon DataSys into the textbox. Clicking on "Activate" will start the activation process for the target computers
Workstation settings
In here you can make changes to how Drive Vaccine PC Restore Plus operates on the target computers. Each of the blue lines of text can be clicked on to show a dialog box containing the setting described in the text. The settings are identical to the ones located in the program itself. For details you can see the relevant pages in the Drive Vaccine PC Restore Plus manual.
Sending files
To send files to multiple computers you need to use the "Send files" operation. This command behaves a bit differently than all the others, you are not presented with a list of the target machines.
